Improve my travel experience - right

I just got this email today and I have to laugh. Improve my travel experience??

It is not going to improve until they get rid of the majority of mindless follow the rules people they currently are hiring at the airport for security checking. They are so busy following the rules that they don't even really consider the person going through the system.

They can save thousands and thousands of dollars and man-hours if they would actually use some intelligence.
But no that isn't going to happen - they will just continue to humiliate and destroy the travel experience.

The note:

Transport Canada has just eased its carry-on restrictions for all flights to the U.S. As this should improve your travel experience, we wanted to make sure that you were aware of this new policy.

Effective January 20, 2010, you may bring one standard bag and other necessary items into the cabin on flights from Canada to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

You can find more information about the new regulations, including specific details regarding the types and sizes of carry-on baggage permitted, on the Transport Canada website.

Also, we want to remind you that carry-on restrictions have not been introduced on flights within Canada, or to international destinations outside of the U.S. Our carry-on policies for these itineraries have not changed.

We look forward to welcoming you aboard on your next flight to the U.S.
And seeing you naked. (My note.)
