Oh this is painful

Tomorrow I try someone besides Thrifty car rental. Here I am in montreal for one day waiting and waiting and waiting.

I believe in customer service however can they stop selling the insurance, the gas options, the restaurant and road directions.

I have one day and I am in and out. It is almost nine.
